Good morning!  Momma got home on Thursday.  She told me that she had 3 fibroids that looked like a snowman.  One blocking her ability to pee and the other two blocking each kidney.  

It has been hard as momma can’t hold me.  Her lap is my favorite place to take a nap.  I have been real good at not jumping on her.  

Momma spends a lot of time resting because Dr. Roberts said so.  I have been sure to keep momma doing what Dr.Roberts says - in bed or the recliner and up moving every hour.  And she is NOT to lift anything more than a gallon of milk.  I should tell Dr. Roberts that momma doesn’t drink milk. 

Did you know incisions can be long? Momma’s is 10” long.  It looks pretty good according to momma and my Aunts.  The other parts of her belly look really mad from contact dermatitis from the darn abdominal binder.  But this morning, the sides of her belly aren’t as red.  Momma says this is a good sign.  

I have fed and watered momma, made sure she got her pedialyte popsicle for electrolytes, took her to the potty and tucked her back in bed.  Whew!!! I am tired!! AND momma says the nurses do this and more all day.  They definitely need more naps!

Speaking of naps, i need one or three.
