I am writing today's post.    The stormy weather has had Puddin too keyed up to talk.  Well, that's not entirely true.  If you leave your designated area, she will bark and bark at you as if saying, " YOU! Back to where I put you!"

On Monday, I had my first post surgery follow up.   The incision was looking screaming mad the last 4".  Hence, i am now on an antibiotic.  For those of you who are wondering why I let it get that way, it literally showed up that morning which was right in the time span of when they see infections for my type of surgery.  

On a positive note, i got my staples out and got a referral to go to pelvic floor therapy.   Wahoo. !!!! Go team!!!!

Text me your thoughts on me offering pelvic floor therapy in my office.  

Note: Do not stand in front of your oven with staples in your belly.  The staples get warmer than you would expect much quicker than one would think.  (Just sharing my new found wisdom.) lol
